Cancellations Made 21 Days Before the Trip: 10% deduction covering GST, offerings, and services. Remaining 90% provided as on-foot vouchers valid for 12 months.
Cancellations Made 12-15 Days Before the Trip: 30% deduction covering GST, offerings, and services. Final 70% issued as trip vouchers valid for 1 year.
Cancellations Made 10 Days Before the Trip: 50% deduction covering GST, offerings, and services. Remaining 50% given as hiking vouchers valid for 1 year.
Cancellations Made 1-7 Days Before the Trip: No refunds are available as 100% of the charge will be deducted.
